What will I be doing?

Manage and inspire the team, driving performance through hands on leadership. Demonstrate good communication skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to be calm under pressure

Support the Rooms Division Manager in recruitment, training and performance management of the Housekeeping Team.

Have an eye for detail and ensure brand standards are adhered to

Demonstrate knowledge of health and safety compliance. Manage all audit processes to a high standard, ensuring 100% Health and Safety compliance throughout

Be agile in your thinking and effectively manage your time to meet business needs. At least 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field with a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management

Supervisory experience

Must be proficient in operating Opera and other housekeeping software
