Responsibilities:

On a daily basis reports directly to and communicates with the Kids Club Supervisor/Senior Supervisor on all pertinent matters affecting the Sarabland Programme and Sarabland dome.
Offers daily activities, entertainment, and interaction with all junior guests within the Sarabland environment.
Maintains and keeps in safe condition all Sarabland equipment and facilities.
Ensures that all parents complete a “Sarabland disclaimer” for children using the Sarabland environment.
Takes responsibility for ensuring that the Sarabland environment offers guests the correct mix of entertainment, safety, and discipline for all users.
Under the guidance of the Kids Club Supervisor team will be responsible for adherence to the department’s EAP/NOP in so far as it affects the Sarabland environment.
Under the guidance of the Kids Club Supervisor, the team produces all SOPs relevant to ensuring that the Sarabland environment operates in accordance with an acceptable operational standard.
Works with the Kids Club Supervisor, team carries out routine inspections of all Sarabland equipment to identify any maintenance work necessary.
As and when required develop new and or more detailed programs to cater to specific requirements.
Reports all injuries, accidents/incidents, or other irregularities to the Duty Supervisor immediately.
When you ask for a guest and if available, you can provide in-room babysitting services which will be paid for at an additional rate.
Upon guest request and subject to availability be hired to act as a “nanny” to children on a day-to-day basis. This will be charged at a separate rate.
Undertakes to maintain current qualifications as deemed necessary by the Hotel, and ensures the safe management of the Sarabland environment. Including but not limited to First Aid Certification.
Any other duties, which may be assigned to you from time to time as directed by the Recreation Manager.
Skills & Requirements:

Excellent communication skills
Minimum 1 experience in the same role in a luxury hotel is preferred
