• Responsibilities:
  Provide technical support to IT Users
  Support IT Networking Systems
  Contribute to the introduction of Global IT standards according to guidelines
  Perform technical support on IT equipment and/or escalate cases to 2nd Line support
  Serve the helpdesk, resolve cases independently or through the help of others in the IT department, and register them in the service desk system
  Follow up assigned cases and make sure that these are resolved
  Map inquiries and forward them to other professional groups and 2nd line support
  Installing PCs according to Jotun standard
  Conduct training of users on standard Solutions
  QUALIFICATIONS
  Education:
  Bachelor: Information Technology (Required)
  Language:
  English
  Work Experience:
  Other qualifications (certificates, skills etc.):
  CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), Microsoft 365, Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Power BI, Network Support
