Responsibilities:
Support the sales team to maintain and develop a long-term relationship with clients through identifying and interpreting their requirements – with a consultative sales approach.
Administrative support tasks, including answering phones, receiving visitors, preparing meeting,
Assists the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.
Create client quotations; check tender documentations and assist our Directors of Sales with managing client accounts.
Record progress of all customer inquiries.
Maintain sales records and prepare sales activity reports.
Follow up all inquiries; prepare quotations and related documents for new and existing customers.
Respond quickly and efficiently to all incoming calls for information.
Generate lists of prospects/contacts and contact them by following standard operating procedures.
Ensure that all incoming emails are replied to in a prompt fashion and with pertinent information.
Contract bookings and assist sales team in the execution of sales processes.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor degree holder with experience as sales coordinator.
Strong business mindset to identify sales opportunities in the terms of customer requirements, competition etc.
Outstanding English skills in written and verbal.
Dynamic, charismatic and enthusiastic personality.
